Message from the President

Welcome to the Village Residential Tourism APRB Briançon Website . The residential tourist village ( VRT ) is a hosting business which falls within the scope of an operation to rehabilitate the leisure property as defined in Article L.318 -5 of the french Code of urbanism . It consists of a set of living quarters furnished and is equipped with facilities and common services in premises nearby.


Worn by the Association of Owners and Lessors Renovators Grand Briançon , our VRT has 43 furnished apartments and luxury chalets (31 3-star graded, one apartment has got 4 stars ) , with a total seating capacity of 252 people . It is operated by the Real Estate Agency Agreement which has four reception areas throughout the perimeter. The VRT has been classified October 15, 2012 by Maison de la France , the Tourism Development Agency of France, sole operator of the state in the tourism sector.


Our Residential Tourist Village offers you many summer and winter quality accommodation options in the region of Briançon , access to three ski resorts ( Serre-Chevalier, La Grave-La Meije Montgenèvre ) and many other tourist and sports activities.

Each owner is looking to offer the best home and you might find on our site rental corresponding to your wishes.
